I arrived at Dunkin’ at 8:28 AM on a Sunday in Ocean City - the young woman who took my order was the friendliest, most polite Dunkin person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! 5 star customer service

The hash rounds were still Frozen had to take them back the pepper bacon and egg sandwich hardly had no bacon and the cheese was not melted I will never go back to this location in west Ocean City

The person taking my order sounded as if she was high on something. This should have been a warning right off the bat. I went to order a veggie egg white flatbread sandwich. I was told they no longer carried them? I ordered maple sugar bacon on a croissant. I was told, they didn't have maple sugar bacon, but, they did have black pepper bacon. So I ordered black pepper bacon with egg and cheese croissant. Then, I asked for an old fashion donut. They didn't have any. Lastly, I asked for Coldbrew cold foam with cream and mocha. I received the Coldbrew that tasted watered down. The crossiant I ordered, turned into a wrap. How many times do you need to say, 'crossiant'? The best thing was the donut substitute that I requested, which was a Boston Cream. Needless, to say, I WAS NOT IMPRESSED!

I've been to all 50 states and this is by far the absolute worst Dunkin I've been to. Order multiple sandwiches and none of the eggs on the sandwiches was warm the only thing somewhat warm was the pouch of scrambled potatoes I can only assume was the hashbrowns we ordered staff look completely overwhelmed. Hire more help. if America runs on Dunkin no wonder the country is in the shape it is.

I drive through daily and get a medium iced caramel macchiato. Jimmy who works the drive through has always shown me the greatest customer service, today even saw my car pull in and ran my order off to me before I could even tell him! He’s an amazing employee.

When I think of Dunkin Doughnuts, for some reason on I think about Doughnuts. Well not in this case no doughnuts to be purchased. You should just name yourself the place that sells coffee and doesnt sell doughnuts anymore. Sad state of affairs. Its like going to a bed and breakfast, and they dont have any beds and they dont serve breakfast.DD Get your act together.
