I just can’t relate to the one-star reviews of this place. The pizza we got was soft and chewy, seasoned with herb (I’m guessing oregano) and with a thin crust. It tasted delicious and the cheese and tomato sauce made a wonderful combo. There was something missing in the texture of the fries - it might have been crispiness, but they were just about perfectly salted which for the most part distracted me from that. Their pizza is excellent though. My girlfriend said the wings were okay but she liked the bleu cheese (which is saying a lot).
We visited from Pittsburgh, for anyone wondering where these opinions/tastes are originating from.

Surprisingly tasty. Was concerned when the ads were on the hotel room card. Ordered a cheese pizza and a bianca pizza. Both were tasty. Would order from again.

Savior if you’re hungry as hell or after a night of drinking. If you want to eat something decent- please just get the cheese pizza. The subs are more bread and less meat, the calzones are more bread/dough and less meat and their Caesar salad is poorly put together. (Definitely use their coupons which are in their menu at the shop itself).
We got a delivery on Sunday morning (ordered at 1:45am) and it didn’t get delivered til 3:15am. Just go pick it up. 👎

Ordered pizza 2 weeks ago and had wrong ingredients and refused a remake or refund. Just tonight we ordered cheese steak subs figuring we'd give them a second chance. They still messed it up and only put steak on half of our large cheese steak subs (literally the other half of the subs were cheese sauce and onions and peppers NO STEAK!! and apperantly an order of mozzarella sticks only comes with 4 sticks for $8.99 a COMPLETE RIP OFF DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Food was great. Only negative was they said it would take 45 min to to hour for the food to be ready. When we got there 30 min Katerina is was all ready and the food was already getting cold. Had to reheat but the taste was still great.

~$16 for a terrible cheese steak (I asked for peppers on side they gave me a side of hoagie pepper spread ) it had yellow cheese that looked terrible and the steak itself was tiny with barely any meat. The fries were incredibly soggy - I can't understand how they were cooked to be that soggy.
Was excited to have a great late snack but wow super disappointed.
If you want a $5 steak which you pay like $10 or $11 for this is the spot.
Happy to try again if it improves but until then never again.

Pizza Mambo is our go to pizza place while in OC. We usually end up ordering it twice during our week vacation. We look forward to all year. I love that they are open late. Great place to go after Seacrets.
