Stine Bar B Que Pit

Food is usually very good, never bad, sometimes not as good as others. Service is always friendly and quick. Free Ice cream cone is always a plus! My only real negative is that it is a barbeque restaurant, and they serve imitation bacon bits (fakeon) on the salad bar. Seems like a pork and beef place should have Real Bacon for the salad bar.

cannot say enough good things about our visit here! Rikki was our server and she was amazing, checked on us but not so many times as to interrupt our meal. I saw her doing other tasks around the restaurant and she was in such a good mood, singing and it looked like she was really enjoying her job! how refreshing to see this :) our food came out correctly and tasted great!! would def recommend this location and esp being served by Rikki!!

This is genuinely my favorite restaurant ever!!! Everything about it is just wonderful, the service, the food, the atmosphere it's just amazing!! Food is out very quickly, server's are always on top of drinks and making sure we have everything we need!! It can be a bit pricey but it's totally worth it!!! For 4 people it came out to be 80 ish, still delicious!!!

A very nice place. We stopped after going by it over 50 times. My husband and I were very happy and pleasantly surprised. It was so good we took a friend from church with and he loved it as well. On your way out is a soft serve ice cream machine to make your own cone for the road. My husband loves that.

First time visiting this restaurant. The place was clean, everyone greets at point of entry, and the server asked where we would like to be seated. The ambiance was country farmhouse style and music was great. I will travel from Jacksonville to Ocala just to eat there. In addition, the food was great and only soda, tea, wine and beer to drink if I can remember correctly. Definitely worth the drive.

We visited the Maricamp location tonight and it was very good! We have had their bbq before and it was delicious. But in case you are wondering if thats all they have - it’s not! My husband had the catfish filets, broiled, and they were cooked perfectly with a sweet potato, turnip greens and cornbread. I had a burger which was also cooked just the way I requested along with a great salad bar. The food was great and what made it an even more wonderful experience was our sweet waitress Kaitlyn. She was very polite and attentive. She kept our tea glasses full and checked on our “first bite” to see if everything was satisfactory. If y’all haven’t had the chance to check out Southern Pig and Cattle… well, what are you waiting for?!! 😊

Food was fantastic, but the meat was all served cold... still fantastic! The sides.. fantastic! The Mac n chz was fire, but the greenbeans were out of this world. I love the pepper broth it was amazing with the smokiness! Overall very pleased. We were out that way and I knew a local BBQ place was going to be a wise decision.
