Forgot his name, whomever he was that took my order? He was great CS, gave welcoming verbiage and expression. However, when inarrives at the window, Lady at the window, she was very robotic and glazed over, and almost annoyed with the fact that I didn't notice the tip reference for tap. And she said it twice, but so low and almost inaudible, that I missed it both times. Maybe she was having a bad AM or not a morning person and didn't feel like faking perky. Regardless, my pups were happy with their cups and I still left $1tip, per the order taken at the board. My coffee was actually good. Could have been a touch of hot extra. But good. This will due until its back home.

Typical Starbucks. Horrible location and hard to find parking. Difficult to enter the parking lot due to the obstruction of vehicles on the drive thru. “Fire the realtor, contractor, designer and the blueprint guy!”

I was visiting Ocala for the day and I was absolutely dying in the heat of the summer so I thought I would stop at Starbucks for a refreshing drink. This location was so quick, so kind, and so refreshing! I ordered an iced peach green tea lemonade and it was just perfect! The staff was so kind and helpful. 10/10!

Great drive thru Starbucks, great drink options too cool us off. My baby girl has to have a cake pop she loves them things. She also gets a drink just like mommy.

This store ALWAYS gets my mocha correct! And they are one of the few stores whom don't forget to put the whip on my drink as this is standard. Yet, some continually forget to add it if the sticker doesn't say it. So, I put "extra whip" to appear on the sticker, yet some still don't add it...lol
