Review Denny's - Oakland

Absolutely love this Denny’s! Sue is the best! She remembers what I like, she gives great suggestions for things to try. The chicken addiction bowl is named appropriately 🤣.

This was a disappointment. Wanted to order the classic burger but they dont have that on the menu here. So I ordered the $5 trucker burger.. and that burger was a joke. It was nothing more then a kids burger. The service was nice tho. I wont be eating here again.

We stop there for breakfast and dinner while on a trip and back. They had amazing food! And the serves was great! We had different servers each time and they were both nice and did great getting our order correct. We will be back there anytime we travel down to southern Oregon.

We had the best breakfast for dinner I've ever had! we ordered the biscuits and gravy breakfast with cinnamon roll pancakes on the side! OMG that food was so freaking on point! Kellie the manager made sure our order was correct with all the sides! She's great! We will definitely be back for our breakfast for dinner very soon! Thanks Dennys

Our waitress Savannah R. Was amazing. She checked on us and made sure my children were smiling. When my daughter started choking on a fry Savannah was there making sure she was ok and helping. She is a beautiful asset to the company and would love to see her more often.

I have been a a lot of Dennys in my day and the service has been by far the worst of any restaurant especially the Medford Dennys. But Sirena our server at the Rice Hill Dennys has changed my mind she was an absolute delight and made our experience perfect! I hope Dennys can find more people like her as it would turn the company around. 100% perfect service, and excellent food! Thanks guys.

Food is bomb! Love the breakfast! But if you order over phone when you get there make sure that they put your order in! And make sure that they get the order rite before you leave! Then leave a tip!

Expectation vs Reality. Stay away from this place if you like good food. They could care less. The breakfast looked NOTHING like the picture, I didn't even eat the 'grey' sausage, and I had to add brown sugar to my pancakes because the cook obviously didn't care at all. 7/6/19 12:30am.

Worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I never write reviews. Long story short: waited over an hour to get our food while other tables after us came and went. Manager apologized after we waited an hour... 30 minutes later we had to check on it again. Food them came out cold and missing a majority of the food! I got the Lumberjack Slammer and was given a plate with no eggs, toast, hash browns or pancakes. I mean, seriously?!?? My husband's was also wrong. After 10 minutes of the wait staff getting the missing items, we ate what was there because we were starving and had a 2 year old that needed to eat (not that easy keeping her well behaved all that time waiting for food). We told the manager we would not be paying for our food and they agreed. My husband still left a tip. I'm so disappointed and upset about this experience. I was so excited to bring my family in as I used to have family meals at Denny's when I was a kid. I will probably never got to a Denny's again and will definitely be sharing my story every time I hear the name Denny's mentioned. Very nice experience. Lady was helpful when I arrived at 3am for a quick breakfast.

They game be a steak that was not cooked! It was fucking gross!!!

We can't really complain about our service at all..we ordered the new crunchy caramel pancakes because they looked so good and the waitress said they were really good. When they came our it was a sad moment lol the cinnamon crunch was only in the middlethe rest of pancakes where just plain original pancake. When the waitress asked how things were we told her we were disappointed as it was nothing like the picture that looked so good. She went right to her manager who asked for our bill he credited us one order and came over and apologized and said he would work on the problem ... but let me say the loaded hash browns were delicious

Excellent service. Got a t.v remote to watch the morning news or anything I liked while eating breakfast. Highly recommended.

Waitresses, cleaning guy and counter persons were super friendly. Food great, great break from driving!

It was a nice clean restaurant, the staff was friendly and our host saw that mom"H" had problems walking and seated us to a table near by. The food tasted good our waitress was very observant to our needs as she was with every customer near her area. I didn't see any Oakland Raiders fans maybe it was due to the fact we were still in Oregon on our way home to So. Cal. ��

I had the absolutely worst service I have ever received in any place. I will probably not be going back to any Denny's.
