This Burger King's location had their lobby closed during the entirety of their posted hours. There were people operating in the Burger King, and the drive-thru was open, but they refused to answer doors or phones, despite several customer attempts.
I informed corporate, who said this was straight-
I ordered a coke and they didn't secure the cap and some of my soda fell and they forgot to give ketchup and when I ordered a cheese burger the patty was so small.
(For most fast food restaurants drive thru is the only thing available) this is true for Burger King as well. The line was long, Customer Service was meh 😒, the food was good.
