Drexl - Oakland - Photo album

Decent drinks for the price. Some were a little too sweet for my liking. It tasted like I was drinking straight up sugar syrup with a hint of alcohol. Great environment to socialize with other people. Drinks did take a little longer to make. If you come a little later the bar clears out and you’ll h
Oakland has a very strong cocktail culture and presence, and I love love love bringing people to Drexl to experience a creative, delicious, and seasonal cocktail. Fun, kitschy vibes inside, but serious and masterful drinks without the pretense. Also, bartenders are always super cool people.
5 stars for the establishment and class that Drexl brings to downtown. 0 stars to the specific bartender who made me feel like trash for wanting wine to be served in a wine glass on NYE. But I get it, integrity is hard to find when building staff.
Went there to catch up with an old friend. Would also be a great first or second date spot. Drinks were impressive, John and Alex were great bartenders. Lots of other spots within walking distance if you're looking to hop.
We ABSOLUTELY love this bar. The staff & owners are so sweet and personable. I can hardly wait for Ms. Honey Daniels to start her drag show again. It was a present surprise to find out that they have re-opened with safe seating outside. If you are looking for an incredible drink you need to stop RIG
Always a pleasure at Drexl! The bartenders are super knowledgeable and friendly, they make phenomenal cocktails, and overall the clientele are pretty warm and welcoming. I'm a big fan of the skee ball upstairs, and the fact that you can pay for it with a credit card. I forget if they still have b
Good spot. A little cramped but no worst than most downtown Oakland bars. The upstairs has a nice layout of couch, some tables and good spots to sit and people watch the bar which can be fun. Skeeball machine up there as well, although I believe it costs. The cocktail drinks were all unqiue and well
The shortstop from Jalisco is my go to drink. Really delicious. I like the vibe of this place and the back patio is great too.
