Shout out to Daniel I've never met them but when the tracker says "Daniel began your order" I know it's gonna hit. Very unethical restaraunt.
When you offer food delivery, you should deliver the food not cancel the order and gaslight the customer. The manager on duty (3:30pm 05/07) was extremely unprofessional and lacked any sense of compassion. I requested no-contact delivery, driver refused, manager was a broken record on the phone said “we only have one driver” at least 5 times, provided zero apologies, zero resolutions and should resign to attend a leadership course on effective communication immediately. Shame on you and whoever promoted you!

I waited two hours but my food never arrived despite saying out for delivery. It even said the food was DELIVERED but that was not true. No one at the store answered the phone. Terrible place. I have to do a charge back on my credit card now as well as order from someplace else.

THE Worst. At 10pm they didn't answer my phone call (periodically) for over 2 hours. I striated at 8pm. They finally answered at 10pm and said "so delivery?" Then proceeded to not take me order and hang up. PLEAEE DONT ORDER FRKM HERE

5 deserved stars...im a trucker from Texas And ive been all over this beautifull nation and it seem like no matter where im parked if im hungry Domino's pulls up rather it be a rest area,cold shoulder or truck stop Domino's NEVER turns me down...tonight a sweet young lady brought me my 2 pastas and drink to a turning lane in the middle of maritime street oakland CA 🤘🤘 the food,service and attitude i recieved was nothing short of awsome...sooooo i want to thank Domino's for once again comein through for me and proveing that YES THERE IS A PLACE THAT CAN,WILL AND ALWAYA OUT PIZZAS THE HUTT 😄😄😋😋🍕🍕🍕

I'm leaving five stars for this place because even though ordering was a ridiculous runaround hassle, at the end of the day I am enjoying a delicious pizza for which I paid under $10. And that makes me happy.

Today June 2, 2018 I placed an order online and it's two hours later and I have yet to receive my order. I tried to call a couple times and I was left on hold for long periods of time. The an hour later I tried to get through again and I got a busy signal for an hour. over two hours later I got through still trying to cancel order and I am still on hold. Piss poor service. Never again will I try to order from them. Rating aren't even worth one star but I had to click on one

Ordered pizza over an hour 1/2 ago I'm located 5 blocks from the place I have called 5 times since its been out for delivery was hung up on once. This place has horrible service. This was my first and last time I will order from here

The pizza tastes fine, but the delivery time is way too long, it says estimated 15-20 mins but comes after 60 mins, and you have to call to ask where your order is! Look at yelp reviews, it's just this Oakland Dominos not all Dominos.

I just ordered a pizza online, and then receive a phone call from the store (employee wouldn't ID themselves); informing me that they cancelled my order. He said that they don't deliver to my address,, I was told to order from other store, but when I went to dominos website it says that the Broadway store is the closet to me. When I called back I was on hold for over 15 minutes before giving up. I ordered a pizza from another company that cost twice as much as my order with Dominos.
