Store was closed. Even though claimed 24/7, this was Monday morning at 445-5am (I waited a bit. Sometimes people gotta use the restroom or something you know). Store was brightly lit and nobody there whole time.
Outside those times it's usually fine and neat enough for a convenience store. Only reason why it's not 1 stars.

I decided to go and paid a pre-paid order with my App. I had trouble able to process that payment, but I was more disappointed and angry to dale with the BAD attitude that the Stuff has toward the customer. I grow up with 7-Eleven since I remember but I will never go to this place. They need to be re-train with CUSTOMER SERVICE policies and regulations . I will be super pleased to talk to cooperate about this issue with CUSTOMER experience. I also took my time to read the review and Notice more people had the same experiences (horrible).

Horrible place. Don’t expect to come here to be 24 hours or to have good English speakers. They close whenever they want and for no good reason when asked. When you show that it’s supposed to be 24 hours they don’t care. They won’t even allow the use of ATM even though they have no signs up with hours.

Store was well cleaned and well stocked. The cashier was friendly and fast also very helpful

Very poor service. And no one expects great service at 7Eleven. It's labor day. I go in to get coffee. They have nothing but two types of coffee and sugar and cream. I asked where the other coffee and syrups. Was told it's a holiday so no "extras". Price was not listed so I had to trust what they told me. Worst part of the experience was putting my money in the hand of the cashier and him putting my change on the counter and walking away.
Every other 7Eleven I've been to is better than this one.

Unpleasant personel. How are they still in business? I don't go shopping in order to have relationships or friends but I expect to be treated politely which is not the case here. Went there a couple times and they made me feel like all they want is my money and they have little interest in serving their customers

Just walked to the 711 and the cashier was throwing away trash in the dumpster. As I walk up he tells me they're closed. My first thought was you guys are open 24 hrs. I walk away and check Google. And yup, open 24 hrs. So I call and ask if they're 24 hrs he says "yes but we're cleaning and won't be open for 15 mins."... I was across the street looking at him as he hung up and let 2 other customers not even 1 minute later. Terrible store and they should be shutdown. They discriminate and are prejudice.

I stopped by this store to grab something to eat. The people are very unfriendly and too unprofessional. A man with an Indian/pakistani accent who seems like a franchisee of the store is super idiot. I am afraid someone who is pissed will harm him. I wish there was a rate below 1 star.
