I had to go back and get my order corrected because the staff messed it up. Upon my return you can see that they are not taking this serious. Oddly much worse than any other Taco Bell I've been to in the Bay area. I thought the whole thing about fast food chains was consistency - I suppose you could say this one is consistently worse, but that's a dad joke I'd rather not make.

Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande minus the yucky ground meat add guacamole. Bf had a quesadilla & diet Pepsi...No guacamole & I had to back up & ask for the soda. Didn't too much trip my nachos were loaded with everything else...but the guac would've been the icing on the cake .
This taco bell deserves less than half a star. Drive through wait time is never less than 15 minutes (waited 30min in drive thru just now), food never tastes as good as any other taco bells, staff is rude and have no manners at all. Nothing but disappointment every single time I have been.
I ordered two things and one was wrong. I ordered a triple layer nachos, which came out correct, and the grilled nacho cheese burrito came out not grilled... The driveway here has a massive hole in the street as you turn into the drive-thru. The design of the drive-thru sucks. The service is OK. But that drive-thru will damage your vehicle.
Listed as Taco Bell, but it's a 2-in-1 fast food joint with KFC included. Came here for today's promotion from 2-6pm free Doritos taco one person. Walk in and place is literally empty with two customers. That's good for me as I am always on the go, time is money. Nothing to it, it's just a hardshell
