Ordered the pastrami and chicken tortilla soup but they gave me the wrong soup (Tuscan vegetable) it was still good. Good customer service. Didn't have to wait too long during the lunch service. Great food

I work in the building this Specialty’s is located in. While the staff is friendly, I have to give only 2 stars because of this: THE COOKIES ARE UNDER BAKED/almost raw! I love their Snickerdoodles, but the last several times I have gone in and bought one it was still uncooked on the inside. One time it was practically still oozing raw dough in the center! I know their cookies are meant to be soft, but I have no intention of getting sick because I consumed raw egg.

I had the most amazing experience ever (from a restaurant). Today there was a glitch in my on line order. It was lunch time and busy, but my concerns were more than addressed. It was an unusual event and different people were trying to come up with the solution.

This particular Specialty's suffers from poor customer service. I mean, I've been standing at the register waiting for my order to be taken while employees behind the counter have a non work related chit chat. They get my order wrong every time too. Decaf, iced, Americano. Always comes out as a hot decaf Americano. Then the barrista blames the order taker saying it wasn't on the receipt, but I see it on the receipt. Seriously. It's probably a good thing that I dislike the service here because I'd probably eat all the cookies. The cookies are the only good thing about this place.

Used to like coming here for the salads. Last visit, I asked my coworker if he saw that little creature make its way across the dining area... and he confirmed what I thought it was... the dreaded cucaracha! Haven’t returned since.

I've never actually been to Specialty's, but the admins at my office order from here all the time for office lunches, and hands down they have the best chocolate chip cookies and other cookie treats I've ever had. The sandwiches and salads are also delicious, but those cookies are INCREDIBLE.

Nice selection of salads and sandwiches that you can easily customize. Mobile ordering is convenient also, and the restaurant has lots of tables available for seating.

It's nothing special. Because it is a franchise, there's the calorie amounts posted which I always appreciate. There are self-help kiosks if you're into that. A lot of seating. I sense it''s a spot to hit up during your lunch break.
