Review Panda Express - Oakland

I went to Panda to order the vegan chicken. They said no problem, but they didn't have any made so I would have to wait in the parking lot stall. 15 minutes later someone came out and said they were out of the vegan chicken option. They asked me if I wanted a different item. I said no, just give me my refund. The employee said he would need to go inside and ask his manager. He comes back outside and says they are too busy to provide my refund at this time, because they have to help customers as they are backed up, and that I would have to wait about 15 more minutes. I told him that was unacceptable because I arrived before those other customers, so I went inside to talk to the manager. The manager saw me walk in with the employee and stayed near the drive through window so he could ignore me. After waiting in fron of the register 5min, I asked him over to the register, which he ignored. I raised my voice to insure he heard me after asking nicely another two times. This got the attention of the people in line. They asked me what happened, I explained my situation and then other customers basically started calling him over as well, because they also agreed that this was unfair and unprofessional, to not be helping me as I arrived before all of them. Finally after me and multiple people called him over he decided to finally help me with my refund. This ordeal wasted 30-45min of my day, was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. It took him all of 2 minutes to give me my refund. I also sent this complaint to corporate, it's been 3.5 weeks since this happened and corporate still hasn't responded to my complaint besides the automated email saying they received the complaint. I will never go to Panda's locations again, they are the worst. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I was half way eating my food when i noticed white mold on my chicken i was so disgusted i literally went to go throw up close this place for good

Quick, great service. Very convenient for grabbing a two-item combo for take-out prior to take-off at Oakland international airport.

We barely got any food, the pictures below are what the boxes looked like when we opened them. We only got one egg roll and they gave us a little bit of rice. Just go to in-n-out if you want to get your dollars worth.

We were on line for 15 minutes. We got 3 bowl. When we got to the register to pay the food, the cashier took the bowl close to her eyes and counting the shrimps, and took the food back open it and take one shrimp out of the bowl. This is ridiculous. I told her to keep the food. She is unprofessional and rude, disrespectful.

This is the worst tasting chicken I've had at a Panda Express. It was really hot as in temperature wise but the chicken tasted like it was not cooked enough and had a squishy feel to it. At other Panda Express I do not experience this

Me and the wife order take out dinner. We ordered Bigger Plate and menu price was $10 plus taxes. However, they add $1.25 for steak and $1.25 for shrimp. But instead of putting 3rd entree inside the container they put it in a separate container and then charge you $1.25 as an additional side which was deception or deceiving a customer. We ordered three and was charged for 4 but received 3. Bad business practices. Management need to address this issue with menu changes regarding prices before customer reaches the cash register.
