Very unprofessional. I waited more than 20 minutes for just a 10 piece combo. And all I got was scraps. Employees are not focused on their job. I don't recommend this wingstop. Go somewhere else for a good quality food.

Waited 45 minutes longer for my order than was quoted. Everytime I checked on it I was told 5 minutes. The lady at the register was rude. Worst wingstop I've ever been too! The food was dry and stuff was missing from my order. I tried to call the store no answer

This wing stop is extremely rude when it comes to customer service . If not the whole store but management needs to be fired due to they’re ongoing terrible service. They act like the workers at the dmv or spirit airlines. You can tell they all just needed a job temporarily.

Horrible customer service , I told gentleman my order and was ignored. Had to wait in line even through order on doordash. Only one person was helping all customers as other staff just looks at the line grow. One gentleman was so lazy he’d rather stack cup lids than assist with customers. Do yourself a favor and send a dasher because waiting in line was the worst

I placed my order online and when I got there, I still had to wait about 15mins more. I ordered the Lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan and mango habanero wings and they were soooooo dry. My mouth hurts after eating them. They were so dry and crunchy and flavor less. I wont be coming back here anymore sorry.

This place gets packed. Stayed at a nearby hotel and was excited to see a Wingstop close by. Even though I called in order there was a line out the door when I arrived and was still told I had to wait after paying. I ordered 20 mins before arriving and waited another 15 after arriving. However it was a Sat night so maybe that's expected. Went to Starbucks for next door the next day and noticed it was still busy but no line out the door.
