Lanesplitter Lakeshore - Oakland - Photo album

I can't say I am in love with this place, but its a great joint to check out for late night food. For daytime pizza, there are definitely better options, but at late night, past 10, you're not going to find better. I particularly enjoy their breadsticks but unfortunately, it is not gluten free as th
Used to love this place for a decent thin slice. Ordered a pie the other night...after checking out the menu online I ordered a large, listed as $24.50. I thought that’s a lot considering you can get a beautiful Arizmendi pizza around the corner for $20, but figured a change was good. When I called
My favorite pizza place in the East Bay. What can I say I'm simple. Do not ever have it delivered to your location (they contract out) currently the only way to have the pizza delivered) sadly, your order will be 2 to 3 hrs and delivered ruined. Order by phone and pick up in person. DELICIOUS!!!
2/21/15 I spent an afternoon at Jack London Square and then visited with my husband's sister who lives in Oakland. We were hungry and craving pizza, so she suggested this Lanesplitter location - which wasn't far from her home. I've had Lanesplitter before, and I like it well enough. They had a cou
I love New York Style Pizza, I love a place with an edge, and I love ordering by the slice. But if you can't make a good pizza, its a waste. This place is too expensive and perhaps they are trying to have too much variety for their volume of business, but the pizza always seems stale to me.
Solid, traditional pizza. Reminds me of college. I think calling it NY style (or any style for that matter) is a bit of a stretch. It's just normal old pizza. Good for a slice when you are on the go, but I think if I was ordering out I'd try one of the other pizza joints in the area. Oakland is sick
I'm from New York, so therefore I am a pizza snob. I've never had good pizza since I moved to SF, so you can imagine how skeptical I am with any advertised "real NY" pizza. Well Lanesplitter is pretty legit. The crust is not only thin, but the right kind of thin. Just needs more sauce and more greas
Always open till little later than other places and has really good pizza. Vegetarian and vegan options also available. Friendly staff and it's decently clean. Prices are pretty average as well, not expensive. Accessible on Lakeshore!
