The hamburger was cooked 9 and half hours ago then flown to Oakland airport where they placed garnishments on. The lettuce was warmer than burger. This burger king doesn't deserve this star. I couldn't finish this garbage. Frys were surprisingly hot.
Two stars for good burger king food flavor.
They lost stars for airport prices, would not allow Burger king coupons, paper nor electronic. Also pictures of beverages including Iced Tea. However, they do not offer Iced Tea. I would not have ordered a meal, just the sandwich.

If you are going to overcharge on food, at least put all the food ordered in the bag. By the time I got on the plane and noticed the fries were missing... Too late to go back. Also took much too long, they were out of shakes and had put stickers over a tv menu ad so they didn’t have to honor a sale

This place is always so sad. The menu screen has been broken for at least a year. OAK food options are pretty slim and a good fast food burger place would kill, but this isn't it.
Slowest service ever. Two people in line ahead of us and waited almost 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. Make sure you have A LOT of time before your flight leaves.
