Review Jamba Juice - Oakland

Nice team members and try Fruity Rocks from their secret menu!! You will not be disappointed. (Unless you are allergic to soy)

No ADA access. No door buttons to make this wheelchair accessible.... but they have 3 signs on the door saying no pets only service animals are allowed. That's of course a reasonable rule but the only thought you have about people with disabilities is to enforce guide dog rules, not making it easier to access for people who might need those guide dogs.

Love this place, clean, outdoor sitting ( no indoor tables) it's small so when they get busy the line tends to go way out the door. The staff is very friendly and there on top of all the orders, I have never seen them lag or keep any customers waiting. No guests restroom which is a huge bummer, though for restroom emergencies Starbucks is next store with open public restrooms. I visit this jamba almost daily and they even have memorized my name and order so when I get there its already waiting for me.

Very lovely staff working at this location! Without going in to too much detail, I was feeling lightheaded during my visit and they actually went the extra mile to assist me; super appreciative! Their smoothies are very good, also. šŸ˜Œ

The juice is great! Plus, you can have different kinds such as mango, bananas, apples or even a mix of all!

Jamba Juice is a chain smoothie place that offers a ton of different flavors. This one is pretty good and in a nice location near Starbucks, Safeway and other shopping and quick bite food choices. I come to this place with my 5 year old pretty often. The staff at this location is mixed. Nobody is unfriendly but a few are less patient than others. Overall pretty good though and it's almost never crowded.

Horrible customer service. Rude and will not be back

I go to this location often and there are two men there that have worked there for a long time, one is Asian or the other is African American, I'm sorry I don't have their names, but they are super nice, FAST, and make some delish smoothies and juice . Here is a tip, download the app and place your order in advance so you can skip the line and just pop in for a pick up. If you are a regular like me, you also benefit by accumulating points and getting discounts by doing that.
