I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I will say that the vegetable korma was not too bad - 3/5 stars, but the service was bad and the naan was unacceptable.
I ordered and paid for a garlic naan but was given a plain naan that was also rock hard and difficult to eat. When I called to let them know I was given the wrong naan and the one I got was so cold and hard I could barely eat it, the manager really didn’t seem to care and just said if I order again she’ll give me $1 off my next meal.

I love Shaan, I order two to three times a week, the food is always fresh and hot, and delicious.
Fast and friendly delivery too! Not over priced. I recommend Shaan if your looking for great Indian food.

If you are looking for Indian taste, don’t waste your money. Their food has no taste at all. In fact after eating I feel like eating an ice cream to change my taste. The food is so bland that you will never order the second time. No taste at all.

Shaan is okay. Very quiet, never a wait. If I need a quick lunch buffet, it's a good spot. You have a small selection of some standard dishes. The quality is a bit uneven. The restaurant is dim, bordering on dark, the service is friendly, and it's a good place if you are really hungry and want to fill up fast for a low price.

I would drive 2 hrs sometimes just to order the chicken wrap . I can honestly say it's probably the most delicious thing on the planet. White chicken breast with tahini and yogurt dressing wrapped in fluffy naan bread.to die for. I call ahead about 15 minutes and it's ready when I get there. I have looked all over for other restaurants that make this and NoTHING comes close

You got plenty of food and the food was very fragrant. My lamb was tender. The lady was nice that took my order . Although she didn't put any napkins spoons or forks. Had to run around and find some. Second time ordering here. I order the same thing. It tasted totally different and to spicy. It made me sick. I threw all of it up. Will not be returning. 😨😥👎
