No diversity manager only hires Latino people and they are very rude don’t even speak or greet you. So I just got my drink after writing this and drink is horrible really watery as if they are being cheap on the ingredients

Drinks are always inconsistent but its the closest location. This particular time my drinks were so bad so sour and so watery had to drive back from home to have them remake them 3 times only to taste the same way. Customer service is ridiculous. They need an adult manager or something overseeing what these kids are doing. 1st girl who always has a stank attitude just walked off after i asked for my drinks to be remade. The young guy who was on the register is literally standing there making smoothies with his hands in his pants…like in his underwear. How unprofessional,disgusting, and unsanitary…like come on bruh you’re too comfortable or too unprofessional Finally a 3rd person helped…he was professional but the drinks just weren’t right so i got a refund. Never coming to this location again no matter what. I rather drive further than to deal with unnecessary attitudes and somebody unsanitary hands handling my food like that.

I brought my own Jamba juice cup. Not only did they put it in a smaller cup of there's. When I mentioned to them that they should have used the cup that I brought in. They poured the contents from there cup into my cup not filling it up and poured out the remainder of my juice. I was not happy about that.

I'm so sad there are no Jamba juices in Memphis..... I miss this place. I need my chunky straw every bowl and large pink star!!!

I came yesterday , it was busy but the service was outstanding, my first visit to this location, they were able to help me download the jamba app, great service overall
