It's alright. The drinks are fine and the staff is friendly but they're perpetually running behind. I'm sure it's more of a matter of being short staffed than any particular failing on the part of the staff but I've never had a mobile order run on time here. Typically peets is on time for orders but
Another great Outlet of a great institution I walked in while somebody was getting trained on their first day and it reminded me of my first day in 1967 when I got my first Hot Chocolate from the founder of Peet's, Alfred Peet himself.

It's unfortunate that you can't sit in and enjoy the beautiful light that beams through all the glass windows but the service is friendly and prompt and that's all that matters for now. I had a Black Tie and it was delicious.
I ordered my food and drink at 9:25am through the mobile app and waited over 20 mins to get my order. Once I got my food it was cold and the drink was not made well. They’re usually not this backed up but their system needs help. Very disappointed.

I love the quick in and out service whether mobile or in person. Baristas are always welcoming and kind, location is part of my weekend errands thank you :)
