Place was slow on a Sunday afternoon. Got the vegetarian combination with buticha, mushroom wot, and tofu dulet. All delicious.

Comfort Ethiopian food in Oakland! My go to ethiopian in the east bay. Very reasonable prices.

The food here was awesome. The restaurant is small and quaint and the staff was very attentive and enjoyable. We came here while visiting friends in Oakland that happen to be vegan. They had plenty of veggie and vegan friendly options and we were very pleased. We will make a point to come back next

Lovely staff made me gluten free injera to accompany a wonderful vegetarian platter. A little outdoor space in front with three tables so our dog could join us. The dishes were spiced just right.

I love this place, and it is the best Ethiopian food in the Bay Area once Ensarro closed down from a fire (hope they come back someday). I enjoy their meat and vegetarian combination plates. I saw a review about the lack of taste. I'm not sure what happened to them, but I always had a flavorful dish

I ordered the split pea stew meal and received not even a full serving of a meal. This is a full meal i ordered and got something that looked half eaten and with very little food. My first time ordering here and now I'll be going to Enssaro from now on instead.

Love this place it’s amazing the food is good and I haven’t ate such a good authentic with you hope your food in a minute definitely highly recommend it if you’re in the area come grab some
