all these silly reviews knocking Merchant's...sorry that it's not as awesome as it has been since the redo, but i had to deal with some personal issues. I am back, and the womens' room will be heavenly once again, and hopefully i'll be able to do some more weekend sign swinging to drum up business.
I felt like a local at this nearly-hidden 104-year-old bar. Everyone there knew each other. The service was top-notch and the drink was strong. The atmosphere is like none other. We enjoyed our visit.
