They didn't bring coffee until after the food arrived. Service was pretty hectic in general. Strangely, I didn't care. The menu is everything you could want and the place is vintage Bay Area, oozing West Oakland. Will definitely return!

I love restaurants with a homely vibe to them, and this is the place to go. Friendly staff and good food.
Nice little hole in the wall Oakland breakfast spot. Nothing special, but a solid breakfast nonetheless
Good food. At least one of the people working there (perhaps it was the owner or manager?) is also an incredibly sweet person. She gives meals to a number of homeless and struggling people in the area. It's nice to see a good chef with a good heart.
Good vibes, good service in a great atmosphere, a real neighborhood joint. Unfortunately the food is decidedly subpar, tried this place several times and was let down. It would be nice if they stepped up their game, the Bottoms needs a spot like this
This place has changed in the last few years! Definitely miss the old vibes, which would have gotten 5 stars. The breakfast is still pretty good, just not as consistent as years before.
