I just stopped here 17 minutes ago while leaving Oakland because I have an hour and a 10 minute drive ahead of me so I thought a milkshake could be a treat on the way. Huge mistake - 17 minutes and I'm still in line. This is fast food that is definitely not fast. I'm adding who knows how long to my commute all for a milkshake that I have yet to taste.

Depends on who you get. Usually, they're good, but the other day, she got everything wrong. Mistakes happen, I can understand, but she obviously wasn't listening. I asked for no ice in my drink, she put ice. I asked for spicy, it was plain. I asked for curly fries, they were plain. And often they only accept cash?

The slowest fast food at night in the bay area. Good job, Jack! š¤£ Drive no-through. Definitely stuck in the lane for 25 minutes before I could hear the unfriendly voice.

Why does the food never look like what was posted. I swear, I wish I would have took a picture of this sorry burger I got from here. Next time I promise. It was the Bacon Buttery Sourdough Jack, just sad. Nothing as pictured. I even asked for JalapeƱos added to my burger, they gave me a order of JalapeƱos poppers! This food cost too much not to get what at least the dang food looks like on the screen.ā¹

People avoid this place.Worst jack in the box restaurant.When you go to the drive thru, You have to wait long times to make an order and they are toooo slow to serve your food.I think a real turtle is faster than this people working here. Only good from this place is a friendly and courteous black lady on the drive thru.

It's a convenient place to grab food quickly before going to airport. Just didn't like how a homeless person in a wheelchair was sitting right before window to pick up food

Every single night they are making excuses have no idea why there management is so poor? It take almost 30 min to pick a delivery

This is a Franchise Store I've been going to for years .... The doors are usually locked (they tell Me because they don't have enough employees) also 99 percent of the time the card machine in the drive through doesn't work!! Worst JITB ever !!!

This place needs be managed in a more efficient manner...drive through was packed, inept employees at cash register line out of the door this is unacceptable I will NOT be back to Jack and the Box!!! And my order was wrong!!

This place stinks. Been there twice thinking the first time was a fluke.
I was sadly mistaken. Place was a wreck, cashier walked by me 5times and never took my order. Finally the drive thru worker came over and took my order while the cashier played with her phone.

How can i describe the beyond extremely poor service at this facility?
Rude ass ghetto employees. Ask for my order, ignore me as i start telling you what i want, then turn your back on me and walk a way? Just to give another customer their cups and do other tasks. Girl had the nerve to ask me if i was ready a few minutes later. My response - "I am or atleast i thought was, are you?"
Other times ive been there the lobby is closed 15 to 30 minutes early before the posted loby closing time. At the least.
Management appears to be part of the problem. Fix it Jack!!!
If you dont want to work, go home and let someone else that does take your position. If you dont like your job quit. Want to be paid better? Earn that damn increase.

Seriously i love coming to jack this one specifically close by to my place breakfast and lunch but deighn it has gotten worst and worst today really my favorite their onion rings and stuffed jalapeƱos...all burn

The curly fries were cold and old but they got fresh money for them and they don't answer the phone called twice the number is to a fax machine. Used a coupon and I went inside and got terrible food not drive through. Never going back. This happened 4/21/16.
