Grand Tavern - Oakland - Photo album

It's in a converted house so has a cozy feel to it. There's a covered porch in back and patio seating out front for when the weather is nice. Seat yourself and all the ordering is done at the bar for both drinks and food. They bring it all out to your table. Hand full of beers and a full bar. They

Fun pub with great food, lively atmosphere and cozy feeling. Lots of character to the building and seating and covered/heated outdoor seating. Service was friendly and attentive, drinks on point( cocktails and beer).
Cool place. Everyone was friendly. It had the feel of an old pub; warm with good food and drink. Try the lentil soup, chicken and pickled veggies, and mac & cheese. All delicious. Good beer selection too.

Amazing food and creative beverages from the bar! Wonderful atmosphere with a really cool staff that makes you feel like “one of the cool kids” just getting to be here! It’s a great place for brunch! But you can’t go wrong with stopping in at any time of day! I REALLY REALLY hope they open back up!
Went here for brunch with friends and enjoyed the food. Has a cozy atmosphere and is worth a stop if you are in the area.
Solid brunch of lamb and potatoes with a poached egg. The biscuits were flaky and delicious. Coffee was ok, and came in a French press
