Service was great! Super friendly! We had the Wednesday specials: meatloaf and half rack ribs with sides…everything was delicious. They have covered outdoor seating. We enjoyed the nice breeze. No frills, just good!
If I could give 10 stars I would! Came to South Florida for a 3-day vacation, this was one of the highlights of the whole trip for sure. Amazing and kind service, and the food was incredible. The atmosphere has a fun character to it too. We’ll definitely be back next time we find ourselves here!
Amazing bbq and very personable setvice!
St Louis half rack or rib tips, can't go wrong. The collard greens are very good, not salty and are full of flavor. The black eyed peas are excellent with a subtle cumin flavor.
Absolutely cannot go wrong coming here and the prices are reasonable.
This place is definitely a throw back to the old southern towns, like the one where I grew up in, Hialeah FL. Yes, Hialeah was once upon a time southern town. The service was outstanding. A very friendly staff. The granddaughter of the owner walked me through the different BBQ sauces thy bring to the table. I had the pork sandwich. My favorite sauce was the yellow mustard. I have to say, they were all tasty. I will be back to enjoy this place soon. I hope this review sends you their way. They really do earn your business. God bless them!
How fun! Loved the food. Service was sweet like the sauces. Better than Spicy service like some of the sauces, huh were to die for. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I feel like this restaurant should be somewhat famous. Came at an odd time but my hubby says it gets crowded pretty fast.
This little gem of a shack dishes out flavorful bites with amazing service. I had the rib tip special with hush puppies and cornbread. Every bite of the pork bursted with flavor. The perfectly crisped and chewy bites were nothing short of delicious. The hush puppies were pretty good as well, a bit on the small side but good nonetheless. The cornbread was good as well, a little too crumbly for me but I'd certainly order it again when I go back - which I plan to do soon.

Decent BBQ and you can get a sampler plate of 3 types for $12. By far the best deal is Monday lunch when a platter and 2 sides are $9. 3 sauces to choose from, a sweet bbq sauce, real southern vinegar sauce with a touch of heat, and a vinegar mustard sauce that I liked allot. Place is also pretty cute with covered outdoor seating.

The prices are right, fast consistent service with North Carolina bbq. They also have at Louis if interested but NC is where it's at IMO.

My husband and I had lunch at Dixie Pig BBQ. I had half rack of St Louis ribs, corn on the cob, fried okra; my husband had 1/2 rack of ribs, chicken black eyed peas, and mash potatoes. Cornbread was a little dry. The ribs were moist, flavorful and the sauces weregreat! We also ordered BLT and fish and chips to take home. All delicious. The next time I want to try the collard greens.

Drove up here searching for takeout BBQ. Decided to have the BLT while I waited for my order. OMG! Thank you for not skimping on the bacon. Absolutely delicious sandwich. I'm definitely coming back here the next time I crave a BLT. Can't wait to taste the BBQ tonight.
I'm back....You know that feeling that you get when all the planets line up and you get exactly what you wanted and you feel completely satisfied. The rib tips! The ribs! The brisket! What a feast. Truly delicious. Finger licking good delicious. The sauces are addictive.
I actually ate the left over sauces with tortilla chips. I know, crazy.

Great Family owned little BBQ place that has been here for over 30 years. They just recently added Fried cheesecake and Cherry cobbler to their menu. They are both sooo delicious!!!!!!
Great food, great prices, patio dining or takeout. The owner couple are warm, friendly, and helpful. We had chicken and ribs. Both were great but if you've never had moist white meat chicken, come to this place. Sooo good.

Today I stopped at Dixie Pig BBQ. I was greeted by Amber who’s the granddaughter of the owner. I want to say she was very warm and welcoming.
My friend and I ordered the bbq ribs and the bbq pulled chicken with sides of Mac n cheese, cornbread, coleslaw, and baked beans.
Everything was outstanding and reasonably priced. The sweet bbq sauce makes the chicken much better too. Food was good and fresh.
Amber gave us a free side of banana pudding which is a must try.
Definitely recommend for everyone.
