Their al pastor tacos are simply amazing, bursting with flavor and a delightful blend of spices. The carnitas meat is also top-notch, adding to the overall fantastic meat selection. A standout is their Mexican salad, a perfect complement to any of the meats and a must-try.
Overall, this is a great local spot for taco enthusiasts. The consistently good quality, especially the al pastor tacos, keeps me returning whenever I'm craving a taco fix. A four-star rating is well-deserved for this taco haven.
I have been visiting this location for years. I returned to the area after some time living out of state. It is still amazing!
If you are in a Taco or Torta mood, you can not go wrong here. They have a way of preparing the tortillas that is wildly memorable. The meat and ingredients are on point, and the balance of flavor is simply perfect. Don't just read about go in and see why I judge other Taco places to this standard.
Asada, Pastor, and Carnitas tacos were and have been exceptional.

I cannot believe that I have not yet reviewed my absolute favorite taco restaurant!! 🙌🏼 Just cannot say enough, it is the kinda food that makes your soul happy!!
The best Mexican Food spot in Florida and any I’ve ever tried on the East Coast and trust me I’ve tried way too many and they are all subpar in comparison to Alegria. I’ve been visiting this place for over 6 years now and have never been disappointed. Worth every 💵 and consistent taste each time 🤌🏽 I always bring my friends and family here when they’re visiting, almost like a landmark for tourists 😎
1. The tortillas are perfectly toasted, crunchy and soft as it should be.
2. Al Pastor and Carnitas are my top 2 favorito choices of meat, although every meat option is amazing.
3. The service is quick enough.
4. The owner and each staff member is super friendly and accommodating.
If you’re dining in there are only 2-3 tables, it is very clean and well-maintained. I vote to open up branches 😉
Small taco spot. The customer service was great! The food was great! I recommend you all stop by and support the business. The table they have inside is not that comfortable.... It is possible to have a better seating arrangements in the small space. Besides that....no issues.
What a little gem in Oakland park. The food is very well seasoned! Very authentic Mexican. The owner is such a sweet woman! Very cute cozy restaurant. Perfect for a date or just craving authentic mexican in soflo.

Would highly recommend Algeria Tacos. Had a great lunch there yesterday. Small mom and pop shop just how you want your Mexican food. Very good personalized service. Double shell corn tortillas are the bomb. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are from the cilantro to onion.
Taste as close to authentic Mexican tacos al pastor that you can get. The corn tortillas are out of this world. So tasty and fresh! Come here now.
