Domino's Pizza

Love the pizza, and I've never had a bad experience. However I do pick up my order from the store, so I'm not sure how the delivery experiences is. The pizza crust is alway soft and crisp, with pizza sauce that is tangy but not overwhelming. I get the robust sauce and I think it's perfect on the pizza.

We order from here a couple of times a month. The pizza and staff are all great. Never had a bad experience. We order on-line all the time for delivery. One time they made a mistake and delivered it to our old address. They owned up to the mistake, re-made our order without any question and delivered it to us.

I don't know her name, but to the lady who made my day today. I went to the 329 dominos in Oakridge first to get told I messed up on the location I ordered, no big deal I called and cancelled but the employee and the manager there was clearly annoyed with me. I ordered one order of cheese bread, I'm three months pregnant haven't ate all day due to nausea so I was on edge. But when my order was ready it was covered in oil, had a hair in it and it was basically tossed into the box. To avoid conflict I called back 1952 Dom's and told them what had happened in tears and this woman was so nice and understanding she was even going to comp my order for me but I insist on paying for it then she goes above and beyond and made me lava cakes. I'm in tears, so thank you for making my day better. I'll forever order only at 1952 oak ridge Domino's I will personally dive the extra four miles for better customer service and for better food service. Thank you❤️🙏

I've ordered from the Oak Ridge location several times over the years. Today I ordered a medium, thin crust pizza with four toppings that was terrible. For $17.00 I picked up a tasteless, cold and inedible pizza.. Any frozen pizza from a supermarket would be superior to this dreadful example. It was expensive and disgraceful. I'm done with them, forever.

I’ve order from here a few times and every time it was good. There had been an incident at one point, but that’s not worthy of taking a star or two. It was still delicious. Hah! My gf had Covid, so I had to sleep in a separate rooms until I came positive. She had been really down and out about it, so I got her usual, by I asked if they could tell her a joke. ADORABLE. She loved it, and it lifted her up, even if it was what you would call a “dumb joke” to others. I really appreciate these people working and filling in requests like that. It just shows that some people are great after all.

I ordered a pizza online tonight for my 4 yr old daughter and my youngest son ,I was supposed to get DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese , I was cooking dinner for the rest of my family when my daughter and son started screaming and crying when there wasn't DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese all I could tell them to get a piece and eat it anyway. I called the store and started to complain I asked to speak to the manager Brandon ,I was mad but not cussing he told me that he had been making pizzas for 6 months and no one had complained, he ordered me to lower my voice if I didn't he was going to hang up the phone and not help me he kept ordering me not to talk loud towards him . Brandon then told me that he could make another pizza for me but by this time my 2 children had already eaten a piece or 2 a piece so there was no sense for that, but I will bring it to the store and show you that it WASN'T made right when I got there I opened the box and and asked him is this the way you make a pizza with DOUBLE pepperoni and EXTRA cheese ,with a smart attitude he told me that I shouldn't have ate the pizza not concerned about the what I have went through with my 2 youngest children and trying to fixed dinner for my other 3 children I told them to eat it anyway as I was leaving the store I heard Brandon tell me F___ you so I basically got taken for $5.00 worth of extras that I didn't get and to beat it all the MANAGER Brandon tells me F____ you when you are a single parent and every dollar counts then get lied to and taken advantage of by the MANAGER Brandon because he has been making pizzas for 6 months and know one has complained. I'm in the wrong worst experience ever
