Pizza Hut

So many issues! first of all their app messed up my order, but beyond that, the food that arrived was either undercooked or straight out warmed up. Unacceptable! I would not feed it to my family. Not to mention I had to wait for the driver to manually bring me my refund in the form of cash! wasted almost 2hrs and still got ppl to feed. It was my first and last experience with Pizza Hut.

This is the pizza place in Oak Park that is most amenable to the most family members, so this is where we go. It surely isn't for the quality of service or the astounding pizza. The execution is meh and the staff are about average for Chicago franchise workers, which isn't saying a lot, IMHO. There are no tables, so it's take out and delivery, only. They have a modest selection of 2 liters in a large cooler. Also have a few candy machines with standard hard candies for a quarter.

This Pizza Hut is the worst. Every time I have ever tried to order pizza I have had a bad experience. The first time I ordered I got a stuffed crust that was literally folded in half when it got to me. I called and they brought me another one okay great, I get it and guess what? It’s folded over too. Called, they told me I had too many toppings, (i had only two toppings on it), next time I tried to give them another chance and it took them 2.5 hours to deliver it, also they are always out of everything. I tried to contact corporate and never heard back but I won’t be back.

The worst customer service. Not to mention my order was incorrect. I love pizza hut always have. Until I came this place. I walk in, not greeted. I say hello and the older man behind the counter just ignores me. I say thank u and he looks away. I thought maybe he is older and cannot hear me. However this is the 2nd time this happens. Very unpleasant atmosphere. I ordered a double topping pizza and I waited. The pizza comes out and the older man was packing it up and WHAT he picks a sausage off of my pizza and EATS IT!! i am absolutely disgusted. Not only did he eat something off my pizza but he had no gloves on. Lord knows where his hands have been. Never and I say NEVER will I ever come back to this place.

So I placed an order online and placed cash order. The bill was for $28 and I gave her $40(2 Twenty dollar bills). I asked for $7 back. She says I don't have enough change. So I call to pay over the phone with my card and they said they can't do anything about it because it had already been cashed out. "The driver will have to come back and they'll have to cancel out the order" is what I'm told after the young lady spoke with I guess a supervisor. That is so frustrating that was their soultion... They could've canceled the order over the phone and taken another order over the phone and let me pay for that one... I only order from here since they are the only Pizza Hut that delivers to me. This however is the last time this location will receive any of my money..
