Horrible! 👎😣 This Wendy's located on Harlem Ave and Madison St in Oak Park IL is the worst Wendys so far. Although the cashier was pleasant her manager or supervisor had no customer service skills what so ever. And she was rude to her employee right in front of customers. I felt bad for the cashier.
The ghetto! This is one of the worst wendys I ever visited. They had half the menu items, half the drinks were not available. The coffee tasted like hot water, just a overall bad experience. Do better wendys!

I ordered a 4 for 4 and told them the drink and a frosty. They just had a drink and frosty for 3.98. Then they realized I wanted a 4 for 4 which included a drink but they then took 4.98 extra out of my gift card which they said they were correcting. Charging me for the drink separately. I paid 8.98
