Jasmine at this location was so delightful! She leads a team that is very attentive. She even informed me about the neighborhood discount as I checked out. She’s so thoughtful and so is her team. Even though they received a big catering order, she let me know my food may take a while to come but then it came to my table super quick! Thanks y’all. 💓
I went to Westfield Old Orchard location, and it was good. This location wasn't good. The chicken is so dry and glassware dirty. Everything else is good. Very tasty sangria , good table service.

Food was good. It was a little more spicy than I thought it would be. I couldn't eat one of the appetizers because of that and I ordered the chicken on the low end of the scale and couldn't finish it. My mouth was burning. Atmosphere is ok. Nice. Clean.
Liked the decoration and as always the Nando’s Chicken was so delicious. Service was okay, but fast. Would recommend this one for a quick bite.
Nando’s never disappoints! My food was delicious, flavorful, and savory. The environment was clean and friendly. I ordered my favorite dishes, the chicken Caesar salad wrap with mashed potatoes and fries with peri-naise sauce. My tastebuds were so happy! The mashed potatoes are so flavorful and creamy. The fries are delicious and the sauce is even better! My partner also ordered the half chicken with mango & lime. He was satisfied as well! Nando’s is a great restaurant to dine at if you want to eat flavorful meals. Highly recommend!
I ordered the Rainbow Bowl with plain chicken breast and my friend ordered the same. Delicious. She said it’s the 2nd time she ordered it. Neither one of us could finish our bowls so we have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! My friend walked up to the table with a glass of bubbles which she said was behind the counter. We both like plain sparkling water and they only sell flavored Aha. I went back to the counter and Reginald so kindly brought me a glass of club soda with some lemon!
Delicious chicken!! I've read about Nando's in my British-set Fantasy novels. Totally worth the visit.

I LOVE the chicken from Nando’s, the fries are always well seasoned and the Portuguese rice never disappoints. I always take some extra lemon&herb sauce with me. The inside is always clean and the servers are always very friendly. My favorite place to eat chicken in Oak Park! The food is usually ready very fast. The only thing I would change would be the ordering process, specially cause I hardly get internet at Oak Park, it takes an extra 5 minutes to connect to their internet. Other than that, I enjoy the eating experience there!
Went here while visiting my family. The speed of service wasn't all that great, but they only had 1 waitress it seemed for the night. We had to place our order on their app, which was a struggle for my mother. It took about 30 minutes for us to get our food, besides my mom, who was the last person to put her order in. They told my sister once they brought her food out that they were out of salad, which she wasn't too happy about. My niece got the chicken sandwich without the Cole slaw, but they out the Cole slaw on there anyway, instead of as the side item as request. My food came out last, which I was quite sad about. I'm glad the food at least ended up being good, because that would've been a long waste of time for bad food. If I go back again, I hope they have more staff.
