Wife pulled this out of one the burgers from Oak Lawn White Castle. Waited nearly 10 minutes for food with only 3 cars in line on a Friday night. Someone needs to call OHSA and/or Food Inspection because this is ridiculous. Look at other reviews too I noticed 3 saying hair in food as well

For some reason always seems like this location is short staffed. Ordered thru the app for earliest time they had available. I only live couple minutes away and therefore left at the time it was supposed to be ready. Arrived inside and waited my turn to say I was here for an app order. The gentleman

Ordered an impossible burger it was a little hard. I came in and the crew was professional and remade my order right away. The MOD was doing a good job steering his shift. I was impressed his future is bright in the hospitality industry. 6.21.22 @ 6:10pm

I ordered 9 piece chicken rings and they were cold like they were just taken out the fridge. I took them back and asked them to make some fresh ones. They gave the same ones back to me and they were just barely warm.

Pleasant service, got the order right, I had drank heavily at the time, so it hit the spot. Listen people, the person ordering in front of you is probably drunk. Be patient, give the workers a break, and enjoy your burger.

I waited over 20 minutes for 2 items. White Castle needs to provide better customer service training to their employees. The person at the window was extremely rude. She never smiled, apologized for the wait or thanked me for my business. I will never go to this location again.
