Whoever was packaging for door dash on the 30th of December around 12:30 ish your amazing!! Best part of my day was receiving only one bag from my DoorDash order and my sauces I always order in there! I can tell that means they straight up just remembered my order or name and what sauces I get. Your lit, stay lit. Hope you get a raise

We, my 5 yr old and I visited oak harbor jack in the box only because it was close. After my grandson ate his cheeseburger, he in formed me that THIS is now his favorite place to eat. For me it is about customer service the young man who took the order went above and beyond the norm and was patient with my grandson while he was ordering, this young man (Tim Powers) should be commended as well as promoted. We will recommend this restaurant to others and return ourselves.

Our Oak Harbor Jack in the box is one of a kind. Of course when it gets busy during the late hours..really busy ...you're gonna wait for that juicy burger but it's really worth the wait I mean when you get up to the ordering menu you're always greeted with a nice and friendly welcoming voice...you can see that the crew is working with minimal staffing but they're working together that they have fun with what they do...serving us. I know this because night after night I witness it. Having people who are respectful and down to earth and care about the quality of your order/experience makes for the 5star rating .( Great job guys n gals!!!)

They are literally the only restaurant open in the area past a certain time. Other fast food chains said they were open but when we arrived they were not. This place had a line around the building but the staff had a great attitude. Food was you know...ok but their attitude on point. Grateful for them

The reply to a basic star rating just upped it from the average 3 star to a 4 star. I will also take the time to respond. Everyone has their own way of rating. I do not like to give out 5 stars willy nilly. 5 stars to me is not just what is expected. 5 Stars should be a rare rating for those times when they go above and beyond. 4 Stars in my opinion is excellent maybe unexpected, thus I upped the rating from 3 to 4 here, because the owners response to my review was unexpected and most welcoming. - So a 3 star from me is not a terrible review. 3 stars is average, it is what I expect from a fast food restaurant. From 3 stars you go up or down in rating depending on how your experience was. - Now for the review. During this time of social distancing and closed lobbies. There is much we cannot review. The outside of this restaurant looks very clean. The employees were very polite and most importantly accurate with the order. Secondly they were quick and kept the drive thru line moving. Prices were what you expect with a fast food, especially on the island. So again the 3 stars was because this place was everything you would expect. The bump to 4 stars was that personal touch from the owner to actually reply to the review.

Been going to this location for a few years now, starting using the mobile app about a year ago (if you're not you should, free stuff like crazy). The staff has been amazing every time. Smiles when I enter, and they never get my order wrong. Sometimes the app isn't nice, but management is excellent with sorting out lost orders. My food is fresh and with generous portions, I always walk out happy! Keep up the great work y'all!
