Dunn Brothers Coffee

Tried to run in tonight to get something to drink to go fast. Was 3 minutes before 6. Past the windows and the two employees were just standing inside chatting. Parked and the female employee had to run to the door and lock it in my face and walk away. Evidently the only thing that could pull her away from chatting was to close fast before I could place my one drink order. Seems that they don’t care about making money.

Order wrong multiple times after re confirming with staff. Long wait for two items. (More than once) Food is very dry. I am sure you are sad to see a one star rating. possibly taking the same amount of time you did to write this rude response, you could instead use to work on communication in your staff. There is nothing wrong with giving an honest review.

I stopped at Dunn Bros Coffee in West Bend yesterday and immediately had a positive experience when Shelby answered the speaker in the drive-thru. First impressions are EVERYTHING and with many business running either drive thru or take-out only the team member that answers the call gives you that first vibe about the type of service you will receive. Shelbie was upbeat, bubbly, and you could tell she was just an overall happy person and enjoys working at Dunn Bros. Thank you Shelbie for making me smile, for the awesome service and a delicious vanilla latte!
