Cousins Subs

It's always a pleasure ordering from this location. The employees are super friendly and helpful. My order is always correct. The offer a drive thru which helps when I'm on the way home. I can either call in or place my order online and pay. When I arrive I simply pull into the drive thru for quick pick up.

When I visit Milwaukee, it's a must that I eat an Italian sub at Cousins. Today, this specific location will be my first and my favorite. The workers here are the friendliest people around. They all work so hard. They make the experience worth while. On this particular day, my grandkids were playing in the dining room making noise and being raucous. My granddaughter, ended up upchucking on the floor. Mind you we were embarrassed and we were insistent upon cleaning it up entirely. Adrian, did not want us to clean it up at all.He got in there and did the whole clean up himself. The ENTIRE mess. And didn't even grouch a bit. He was very nice about the whole ordeal. He even addressed my wife by ma'am. He was a gentleman indeed. It's the hospitality we are used to in our hometown of Texas. Did I mention the food was so delicious just like cousins has been all these years. Thank you Cousins, the best sub shop on the planet! Second time here and a second time spilling drink all over and second time with nice worker cleaning up the joint. These guys are first class customers Service

i’ve never had a bad experience here. I had Julia recommend a sandwich to me, and i’ve been getting that same sub every time i go there. I go to a different Cousins location ONCE and they didn’t treat me right. but julia, julia treats me right. she always treats me right.. I’ll never cheat on this location again

I stopped in here on Monday hoping to grab a quick sub and get to a meeting. There was 4 people working. I was the only one in line. I stood there for 3 minutes. No one looked at me, said they would be right with me, or even smiled! After 3 minutes I just turned around and left. I wasn't going to give my business to a store that can't even treat people with basic people skills. If I was the store manager of this crew I would be so embarrassed.
