Taco Bell

Went through drive thru and it took for ever because there were taking one order at a time and waited until that car went to window to pay and gave them there order before taking the next order. A very long line to wait for fast food. Understand that they may be short on staff but it could have been done better than this.

I have to say this was the best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. The food was quick and DELICIOUS!! As of late, I've been getting the nachos at different locations and they are terrible. It's like they fried the chips in with a fish fry. Disgusting. These chips were wonderful and the staff was great. I work around here so I will be back!

I ordered here all the time!!! The past 3 times they can’t make a” Fiesta Veggie Burrito “ the correct way! I’m tired of the management here!!!! It’s awful, food is cold, not Always fresh, stale shells. I know Taco Bell isn’t e Spey good but one would think to teach their employees how to properly make different items they sell on their menu. Rotate your product. If it’s old- don’t use it. Teach and watch over your employees to ensure they are making items properly. My fiesta veggie burrito had hash browns or those potatoes squares in it. Unreal! Very disappointed long time customer that lives in Oak Creek area.

I work third shift so I went around 12:30a because their business hours show they're open until 1:00a, but the drive thru was shut down. A bunch of employees were just standing around in the kitchen on their phones. If the establishment closes earlier the times should be updated. Or management should look into why things are getting turned off and people turned away before actual closing. Hit or miss late at night I guess.

Made a mobile order for a quesarito and nacho fries bowl without tomato’s. Got a nacho fries burrito instead of the bowl, no big deal, asked them to make me the correct thing. Girl behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look when she was making it and threw it on the table. Looked in the bag to see if there was a fork, which there wasn’t. Painfully had to ask the same employee to get one for me and she once again threw it on the table with absolutely no eye contact. Just got home and opened my bag to eat and the nacho fries had tomatoes and for some reason there was a handful of lettuce in my quesarito (which doesn’t come with lettuce)…….the Baja blast was fire though
