Delicious. Outstanding barbecue, quick and friendly service, nice atmosphere. There’s even a cute outdoor patio area too if you prefer to sit outside. We will return for sure.
Was excited to go to the opening day of the 2018 season at Sea Smoke tonight! The Baby Back Ribs were fantastic! My five year old, who is a picky eater, had four! I couldn't believe my eyes, but the ribs were damn good so it made sense! I have to say I really love the smoked food, the sides and the owners. I'm a big fan of the baby backs, the corn bread and the corn casserole. This restaurant is missed greatly in the winter months!!!
The brisket is unbelievable -- best I've ever had. My kids love the sausage. Ribs were decent, but I think brisket and pulled pork is where this place really shines. Mac and cheese pulled pork bowl was a combo I haven't had before -- but it works. One of my favorite places to get takeout on island.
Take out only w/ online ordering. Easy peasy. We had the brisket & pulled pork w/ coleslaw and Mac n cheese. Really good food! The corn bread portion is HUGE & so moist. Who thought the island would have such good barbecue?

First time coming here and it was great! Felt like I just left a BBQ back home! Definitely a go to before you leave the Vineyard.
We read some of the negative reviews, and decided to take a chance. The brisket is delicious, juicy and tender. The St. Louis style ribs had good flavor and were very tender (I prefer them with a little more tug). The chicken was moist and tender. The macaroni is delicious as well. No complaints, will dine there again.
Traveling through on vacation and found by accident. Had the pork belly lettuce and tomato sandwich. Was fantastic. The order of fries was huge. The sliced brisket was so tender and tasty. Our server who was one of the managers was super accommodating and very friendly. Great place if you love great barbecue.
I've been going here every year since they opened (three years ago now?). I love BBQ and kept hoping this would be good. This year it was!!!! The ribs were great as were the sides. My husband doesn't eat red meat so his options were more limited. His chicken was very good, but said he'd love to see something like grilled shrimp or smoked bluefish. Can't wait to go back.
Also I like the new system better than the former cafeteria style. Bravo, guys!
We used to come to Smoke and Bones at this same location and were excited to hear another BBQ place opened at the same location. We were even more excited that it is even better than what was there. Dry Ribs were amazing!

First time... easily ordered on line, friendly staff, pack your food when you get there which means it is not sitting around in a bag, nice touch!! My favorite I'd the briskett... it is so good and tender... the corn pudding is a must try too...
Amazing food, amazing purple working there from the front of the house to the bank of the house. The food is super flavorful and there isn't a need to add any sauce or salt or pepper or anything like that. Great atmosphere that will make you feel like you are in BBQ country what with the smoking bull out front to the accoutrement hanging on the walls all the way down to the tables and seating. Good portions for a good price.
Excellent food. Good price point. Super family friendly. Easy. Brought a large crew (3 adults, 5 kiddos) to Sea Smoke for dinner and everyone loved it. Think we tried almost every item on the menu -- brisket, baby back ribs, chicken, pulled pork, collard greens, mac n cheese, cornbread, baked beans, and slaw. Everything was delicious. Even the Southerners in our group were impressed!
4 stars for food, 5th star for waitress Jade. Food was good. Specifically, the brisket had nice flavor but was a bit over done, the kielbasa was good & we really liked the wings (we are wing snobs, so that is saying a lot). I liked the corn bread pudding & the corn bread was terrific - great flavor, light & fluffy with a perfect crust. I tried every sauce & they
were all good. We had an issue with our plate & Jade immediately remidied the situation - she was professional, didn't hesitate to take charge & was perfect at her job in every way. It was like she owned the place & had a vested interest. That girl is going places & any business would be lucky to have her. As for the restaurant and food - I'd go back (which is rare for me to say).
we had such a fun evening here. the atmosphere is casual and relaxed, the staff is lovely and the food is over the top delicious. the baby back ribs are the best, falling off the bone, with just the right amount of smoke flavor. the macaroni and cheese is so rich and yummy, and the collard greens are over the top- not too salty or oily. you can't go wrong with whatever you order.
I'm a BBQ snob and I must say that the ribs were the best I've ever had great BBQ does not need nor should it have sauce on it, and it comes served without just an awesome dry rub! The sides are fantastic too! I had the potato salad, Mac and cheese and corn bread! Yummy yummy yummy yummy!
Wow! We were greeted right away and we ordered a variety of brisket, ribs, chicken, corn bread, corn pudding, Mac and cheese and beverages. Everything was served quickly and Absolutely Delicious!!!! We we're very impressed with the interior design, cleaniness and we wish Sea Smoke BBQ great success!!!!
Just finished my take out from tonight. Finally a barbecue place that tastes like barbecue! When you get food to go here, you order whatever meats you want by the pound and sides. I had pulled pork and dry rub ribs. There are four different sauces to choose from to take with them. I chose the Carolina barbecue and the smoky sweet and spicy. Of course I had to dip my finger in to taste them and asked for an extra smoky sweet. I had the mac and cheese and cole slaw for sides. Those meats were incredible. I’m used to slathering on the sauce but did not use any of them for fear of ruining the flavor. Perfect amount of smoke, tender, so good! The mac and cheese and cole slaw I ordered as sides were excellent as well. I would order those again, I just filled up on the mains so much that I didn’t have as much. Highly recommend and those extra barbecue sauces I asked for won’t go to waste, I’ll use them at another place that could use a boost!
Delicious food & friendly family atmosphere. The BBQ is flawlessly cooked and mind-blowingly tasty, perfectly complimented by the sides. Thoughtfully curated drink selection available too. My kids' favorites are the pulled pork, corn bread, and mac and cheese. I love the collard greens, house-made hot sauce, and have never-before had such mouth-wateringly good baby-back ribs! Plenty of seating, bathrooms and nearby parking. Also within easy walking distance from nearby Circuit Ave, the Campground, and other in-town residential neighborhoods. The staff are welcoming, helpful and eager to please. I'm so grateful for this great, new family dining spot!
Super satisfying and delicious! Great easy going environment with amazing ribs, brisket & pulled pork. Yummy sides to pick from ( corn pudding is amazing). Great beer & wine selection too. Thanks for bringing this to MV!
