It was a nice restaurant. Used Google reservations to reserve table with no wait!! Food was delicious with reasonable prices! Hostess was nice!
Charming mom-and-pop shop. On-street parking, and parking in back. Sweet customer service. Inari sushi per piece also! Some of the softest, best unagi you'll find, and the prices are very reasonable. Goya chanpuru is superb.
My husband loved the chawanmushi so much he tried to make it at home. It's like a savory egg custard. He spent a lot of money on ingredients and the end result was.. strange. Unless you're VERY adventurous, just eat it here. Their food is delicious and you won't need to clean exploded egg off of all

Amazing place to go. The oden is wonderful and the chirashi is of great quality and quantity. Bring your own alcohol and order up quality izakaya dishes to give you a small taste of Japan

This is almost a "fast food" local hole in the wall but higher quality of course. Prices were very reasonable for the area, and the food still tasted good. I got the chicken curry, so good. Parking/area not the best but all was good on our side.

The food was great and priced reasonably. The Gozen bento is one of the best deals my family and I had in Honolulu. There was only one wait staff, but remained calm, polite and delivered our order flawlessly.
