I visited this pizza hut today with a friend this evening to dine in for dinner. I've visited and ordered from this Pizza Hut over the past 2 years, and the service has been good. My visit today was unbelievable...we asked if we could dine in, and the girl in the open kitchen area flipped out by saying, "Seriously, they can't dine in! The dining room's closed!..." After hearing that, we decided not to return to this pizza hut after being told it was closed very disrespectfully. I have worked in fast food, so it's sort of understandable to have feelings like that, but to say it to where the customers can clearly hear it?? Very, very unprofessional on that employee, and a very unprofessional look for this particular store. They do need to improve their customer service training program, and if she wanted to vent she should have had another employee take care of it. There is a polite way to tell someone your business is approaching or is at closing time, and that was not even attempted. Not even an apology was attempted after both of us and the employee near the register heard her yell it out loud. I will stay away from this location, and if I order from Pizza Hut, it would be from the Belleville location. There are more professional ways to handle this. This Pizza Hut does not have their business and dining room hours posted on the doors. I did take a picture of this; most restaurants post their hours on their main doors...at minimum. 2 stars are for the level of customer service.

The Pizza Hut in O’Fallon, IL on Hwy 50 is one local establishment that is no longer family friendly. For starters, the entire staff gave the impression of being unable to handle a lunch time buffet. One particular server appeared stressed and ill prepared to properly seat customers to the point of demonstrating rude behavior toward one family, and having that family leave. The culture there at this certain Pizza Hut exhibited a sense of entitlement where it’s okay to demean a family into leaving and the management having little to offer. Yet again, here’s another example of poor restaurant customer service, leaning close to an apathetic behavior, wondering what sort of preparation goes into the proper fitting of employees by the parent company. No longer will my outraged family and I patronize such an unfriendly place.

My family ordered a pizza and wings on a weeknight around 8PM. Our order did not arrive until after 915PM and the boxes were smashed with lukewarm food inside. Sadly, this is the 2nd time this has happened when ordering from this Pizza Hut. We will be choosing to get our weekly pizza delivery elsewhere.

I phoned in an order for a single deluxe pizza to be delivered. It was delivered 20 minutes later than the estimated 30 minutes and was cold. I still gave the girl a tip (20% of pizza cost and delivery cost combined) but I will never give this Pizza Hut my business again.

The Restaurant was pretty clean from what I saw when I was there. The food was cooked and delivered to our table in a reasonable amount of time. The servers were friendly and checked on us pretty regularly. Overall it was a decent experience. It is a pizzahut and you should know what you are getting into.
