Starbucks

I had ordered ahead (2 drinks) like I do with the Collinsville Starbucks because I do not have time to be sitting and waiting for 15 to 20 mins for a drink to be made and when I had showed up the drink was not made and the ice was starting to melt (no big deal) at first if I was just walking in grabbing my drinks ( like expected) and leaving. Yet I had to wait for my 2nd drink to be made due to the “barista” apparently not know how to follow directions clearly given on the app as all other Starbucks understood. I will not be returning to this Starbucks ever again and will continue to go to surrounding Starbucks like Collinsville located off bluff road or even Shiloh located off green mount! And I had to go back because the drink they had me wait on to make was wrong! And she immediately went over to another associate after having being asked 2 times to please make the drink correctly how it was ordered at 4:01pm and it is now 4:41 and I am not getting my drink made and correctly! Beyond livid! Would not recommend this STARBUCKS to anyone ever unless you want your drink made wrong or not at all!

This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. I placed an order and returned it because I couldn't taste the coffee in my drink. They remade it and it was exactly the same. I tasted nothing but watered down milk. I had to go to McDonald's. I have never had this problem from the Starbucks inside the Belleville Target. Never again!!

Very slow every time I come. I ordered a peach green tea and it tasted super sour, not from the lemonade either. It taste like a sour peach flavor.I ordered this drink before and it taste way better than this. The workers act like they had an attitude including the manager. They ask did I want sweetener in it. I was confused because this drink is always made sweetened, but I guess they didn't add it.
