Lion's Choice

This Lion’s Choice is very consistent and always has nice people working. It’s a little weird that there’s a bank across the room, but the location is great on the Illinois side. The fries are always hot and the Au jus is always very tasty. Make sure you get the horse radish for that extra special kick!

Consistency is something I need in a restaurant. It may be a luxury to eat out, but eating is fulfilling a basic need. So it’s nice to know that when I come to this Lions Choice, I’ll be leaving satisfied. The food is fresh, made well, and packed neatly every time. A young lady named Abby helped me today and she, as well as everyone I encountered in the store were very attentive, and made me feel welcome. I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

I am still in the parking lot from just dining inside. I have never been so excited to leave an amazing review. I sincerely wish that there was a Patty at every establishment that I visit. Kind and friendly is an understatement. Patty greeted me with a smile. She was polite, friendly, and energetic. I didn't order a drink with my two sandwiches as I was going to eat and run, but she offered me a water cup. I kindly declined, but upon checking out she offered a water cup again, which I took, and glad I did. As I was eating I observed her coming into the dining room address customers by name while taking their trays. Lastly, an elderly couple came in, one using a walker. Patty went over and offered to take their order at the table. I was in awe. As a business owner of two O'Fallon businesses, Patty can be a manager with us any day! Thank you Patty for reinstalling my hope in the service industry!

The food is great and the staff members are always so nice, positive, and happy. They are very pleasant and kind. I haven’t had a bad experience and I go to lions choice frequently. The food is amazing too! Italian beef yum! I also love their rootbeer floats! You can’t get rootbeer floats at very many places but you can there! Love this place!
