Burger King

No cars at restaurant except 2 employee vehicles so we thought maybe they were closed. Went to speaker in drive thru and surprisingly they were open. Paid and didn't have to wait but a few minutes for our food. Drive thru lady was super nice and even said she gave us an extra Whopper because they didn't want to throw it away. I asked her if they were closing and she said no they hadn't had anyone come for a long time and didn't want to throw it away. Got home and our food was so old. They gave us food that had without a doubt been sitting for well over an hour. French fries were rock hard and whoppers were ice cold. I spent $35 and had to throw everything away. Oh and I could smell septic while waiting at the window. Hate to clump all Burger Kings together but I will NEVER spend a dime at another Burger King again. Employees should never give old food. Clearly they don't care.

Every time I come to this location it is the same lady taking orders and she is just so rude! You ask a question and she immediately gives attitude. I’ve worked in customer service for 5 years now, this is not how you speak to paying customers. Then when you go to the window she throws a fit and refuses to help you. She gave me a drink with no ice and I told her she didn’t give me ice in my drink and she turned around and said “I’m not helping you”, mind you this is the third time I’ve been here and she’s told me she’s not helping me. You’d think for the women their age that work there, they’d at least act their age!! I teach second graders that are nicer than these ladies! If you’re going to a Burger King, spare yourself and find a better location.

They make it the way you want just like there saying. Always fast. Friendly well most times. There is one old lady. I much prefer not to be there. I was short some cash. Had ran on card with was locked in. Getting her to take a few things off well she made sure to imbarres me to the bone. Instead of understand. And helping out. That I had a few kids I was feeding. I didn't go back for a while. But I had returned. I am hoping this is the right one. We have 2 real close. This one is off k. Close to 370... Other then that. No problem

This place has pretty good service and food with one very big exception. Their problem is they just refuse to get the small things done right. If you ask for ketchup with your order you might get it about 40% of the time. Today I asked for ketchup with my order. I didn't see them putting it in my bag so I asked the lady if there is ketchup in my bag. She said, "yes". There wasn't ketchup in the bag. So not only didn't they give me the requested item but this employee chose to lie to be about while looking at me through the pickup window. This is the type of thing that causes me to not come back to a place.

Stopped by on Easter Sunday to get My family breakfast Only to watch their front line worker open and touch every single sandwich I had ordered with her bare hands no gloves!!! When I said something I'm told that they were making it wrong so I had to check. Why can't you wear gloves then I ask to be told I don't have to on the front line they didn't even give me my receipt guess cause I said I was calling corporate so went Inside to get it while calling corporate only to have a man come out interrupt my call to say "I'm the district manager your calling on. Didn't seem to care that she wasn't wearing gloves I'm now never going back to burger King ever again didn't even offer a refund or care about a bad review wish could give 0 stars
