Mcdonald's

Consistently poor service. Last time they doubled up the drink carrier to pass me 1 soda and 1 Mcflurry. I said I do not want the carrier and in the two seconds it took me to grab my drink and ice cream, the MANAGER rudely said, "Just take it. You are holding up the line." Seriously? IDGAF about your labor shortage or whatever, you don't ever speak to customers that way. I used to come here often but I found Chick Filet to be comparable in price, way better quality, and consistently superior service. Don't waste time or money here.

This is normally a good location. Orders are usually correct and food is McDonald's. My last visit, the chicken sandwiches were over fried to the point they were dark brown and inedible. The time before that, I waited in the far side drive up while 5 cars went through the other side. I finally had to back up and go to the other side. When asked about why that happened, they had nothing to say. To top it off, they were out of what I wanted to order. I hope this was just a couple bad trips and not a sign of things to come.

I moved to this side of O'fallon about two years ago. I've been to this McDonald's a handful of times since then. Almost every time I show up, the lobby is a mess, the bathrooms are horrible. So I stopped going inside, only drive through. There has been a couple of times my fries weren't old and cold, or the bottom bun to the burger wasn't soaked in grease. I feel there needs to be a change in management and staff.
