Papa Johns Pizza

This is hands down the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever eaten. It’s like they had a vendetta against me for being a good customer. The pizza was SO greasy and soaking wet that the box was leaking and dripping with grease, I almost threw up. Whoever sliced it was blindfolded because 1 slice was 1/4th of the pizza and the “2x pepperoni” was a joke, half the slices had 15 pieces of pepperoni and the other half had 2-3. When I picked up each slice it was so wet and soggy with grease that everything was falling off. It’s not hard to make a decent pizza when you are a PIZZA SHOP….I won’t be ordering from here again, I didn’t know a pizza could be this disgusting.

Ordered two 12" pizzas. Both were undersized. One of them was just over 10 inches, the other was just over 11 inches. From the picture you can see that it didn't come close to filling the 12.5” x 12.5" box. I Initially talked with the manager and he offered to remake the pizzas, which was nice. I didn't feel it was necessary to have both remade, so i only asked for one. When i went in to pick it up, i offered to show them the picture of the smaller pizza. One of the workers asked to take a closer look, and i was happy to comply. She then told me "the ruler trick doesn't always work, but we made it for you this time", which irritated me. As you can see, the pizza was definitely too small for the box. A medium pizza should almost full it. Terrible way to handle customer service. If you do order from here, check the pizza before you accept it. I'm not a person that generally does reviews, but felt compelled to because i don't like being accused of lying. I will get my pizzas elsewhere in the future.

My Delivery Driver was above and beyond! He actually had dog treats in his pocket for my 2 labs, asked if it was okay for them to have treats! I made a point to call the store to tell them how amazing he was! I just wish I had cash on me to tip him above the 20% of my online order! He absolutely deserves it!

Kinda dissipointed ordered two large pizzas for my family I get it is Friday night busy etc but my Hawain pizza barely had pineapple on it my specialty pizza the works barely had cheese on it toppings was just like they was thrown on top of crust n baked pizza was Luke warm this is my 2nd visit with this location I might just take the extra and go to wentzville location for now on!!!

A little disappointed. Ordered a pizza for delivery and while waiting found that my teenage daughter was in a car accident. On my way to her I called to cancel the order with no concern from the employee. When I returned home the cold pizza was sitting on my porch and I was charged for it. I called and reordered the pizza only to be charged again. Liked the pizza but done with papas.

First, the pizza I ordered was for Teachers as a thank you. The order was placed online for an arrival at 11:45am. Please tell me why the order got there at 11:05am? Then when I spoke to the driver he was rude and told me that it was my problem that they were delivered that early and that if I wanted something done with them, I’d have to figure it out. When I spoke to the manager she was kind enough to say she would remake them, but let me tell you, these pizzas were not remade. From the looks and taste of them they just threw extra cheese on them and were thrown in the oven to be warmed up. The pizzas looked terrible and were also delivered LATE! They were 15 minutes late, which if you know teachers, they have a strict time frame for lunch. Unacceptable!

First time we ordered from them and definitely disappointed. The estimated delivery time was 32 to 42 minutes. It was delivered at about 55 minutes from ordering it. The pizza was lukewarm and you could tell by the cheese that it had been sitting around a while waiting to be delivered. It was not a bad tasting pizza but it is hard to say if it is a good tasting pizza since it was not fresh even for a delivered pizza. If the delivery time is running behind then wait to make the pizza so it is at least somewhat fresh. The driver was apologetic for the delivery time. Sorry but I can not recommend.
