I absolutely love this little eatery in Nyack NY. They are only open for breakfast and lunch but that isn't a bad thing. Have been going there for years, having breakfast there whenever I go up to Nyack. They have all the tradition dishes from awesome pancakes and waffles to eggs, bacon and hash browns. There is a nice specials menu with some great variations and seasonal versions of classic American breakfast fair. Same goes for lunch, which I actually had there for the first time recently with plenty of burgers, sandwiches, salads and a variety of beverages to wash it down. There are also vegetarian and gluten free options as well. I had one of the best burgers I've had in a while and it was under $10. Simply a great little eatery with delicious food, great atmosphere and very affordable. It does get pretty busy on weekends, but is so worth it if there is a wait.
Great little place to have excellent food. Enjoyed my 34 birthday brunch here. Service was quick and food was on point.
Great place for brunch, it was a little over crowed but after the food I can understand why. 😋
The food was delicious, I had a lox Benedict & my friends had the happy Hanukkah & the frosty French toast. They also have a holiday menu which I think is cute & a great way to feel the holiday spirit.
ONE thing I'm not a fan of is the cash only, so bring cash with you if you decide to come here. Other than that great spot 👌
Breakfast was delicious. We ordered the Fall Benedict, hungry man special, fruit yogurt and homemade granola, and fried ores. Literally allllll amazing. The place was packed, and we had about a 25 minute wait but the town is walkable to kill time. The staff was super friendly as well.
Still my favorite place! The menu is intense and sometimes I feel like they need less options because there are so many to choose from and it can get overwhelming. Makes me sad to know that I will never be able to try every single item on the menu but I still enjoy every single thing I've gotten from there. Their portions are incredible. It is cash only so please note that. I always bring friends and family there when they are visiting.
About a 45 minute wait on a Sunday to get in. Parking is limited in the area. Bring cash because they don't take cards
I tried the apple and cheese omelette. I tried it because I once made a strawberry omelette that didn't work and I wanted to see if someone could pull off the sweet fruit omelette.... They cannot.
My date's omelette was good. The bacon was really good. The chicken salad was very very good on a bit of greens with a balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette.
Great food at reasonable prices. The breakfast burrito is just the right size to fill you up but not leave you stuffed. If I had to be picky the one thing I would say is the outdoor seating can be a little undesirable depending on the time of morning you go. Otherwise everything else is great.
Food was pretty good. My date did say that the eggs Benedict weren't made to order. And also the potatoes were slightly under cooked. Other than that. I'd visit again. I liked the atmosphere and the staff is really nice and offered great customer service.
