Made my Day! Seriously ordered a smoothie after a long night and needed the flavor. Pulled out my card to pay and the woman says that her machine is down and asks if I have cash. I almost never have cash so I say I am sorry and go to leave. She offers to me for free. And the smoothie was AWESOME

Skip this Fresh. I travel for work and have been to a few of these locations. The Twelve Oaks store is by far the worst. Twice now I’ve ordered something off the menu to be told they don’t know what I’m talking about, when I showed the associate/manager the menu I was told they don’t have that item
