Was clean and very quiet time..was raining out. I bought a Revive Probiotic in a can...needed water type drink. Delicious. Did some business and it worked out perfectly.

I came by to grab a tea latte on my way to grab a bus while tunning morning errands and not only was the stuff working helpful, kind and friendly but they were so lovely despite a not too kind rush of customers. I left an extra tip because they deserved it for putting up with the gruff crowd. 👏 Plus, what a fantastic beverage!

The establishment was clean, and the staff was friendly.
Good variety of seating from cushion benches and interior tables to exterior tables with umbrellas.
I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with extra espresso; it was sweet and strong.
No complaints. I did notice trashes were almost full, but before I finished my coffee, they were emptied. The two batista were working well together and addressing the store's needs.
Note that there isn't a large variety of retail coffee/tea gear.
I will come back for sure.

My favorite. No more Starbucks for me. Especially since they were sold to Nestle. Nestle has been getting H2O from the San Bernardino National Forest on an expired contract. During the drought their actions were almost criminal. F##k Nestle.

I go to Peet's Coffee all over the Bay Area and this particular one has exceptionally friendly service. It's Christmas time and they were all dressed up in Santa suits in Santa hats!

Friendly local staff make this a great Peet's to visit. What would make it perfect? Peet's should've faught harder to keep their parking spots when YogaWorks shoved its way into Novato. The parking lot is a zoo most days and NYC would be hard pressed to compete with the gridlock. Also, what's with the air conditioner cranking out 50degree artic air all day? Gluten free pastry options would be a plus

If it weren't for the tiny parking lot; that they have to share with the Yoga Studio, I would give them 5 Stars! The coffee is always fresh and yummy, the specialty drinks are perfect about 97% of the time, the staff are always A+, friendly, courteous, efficient, -really nice folks! This is my favorite coffee shop! It isn't as easy to walk to as their old location, which I preferred, but glad their new location can serve the commuters better. :) Oh, and their pastries are always fresh. Yum, yum! ;)
