Love Maya Palenque and have for now over 30 years. Upbeat at times loud (in a good way) atmosphere, usually no wait. Great service. Plenty of parking in lot or on street but gets busy on Thursday-Saturday as expected. Cocktails are decent, solid selection. Outdoor patio dining great for nice weat

This is my first time visiting Maya Palenque and I'm upset that I didn't do it sooner. This place is great, it is super friendly, the appetizers we had were good and the drinks were flavorful. I will be visiting again and I'll be recommending it too.

Great atmosphere—very lively! Tasty food. The server brought us extra napkins every time and ALWAYS gave us lime wedges in our drinks (without us even asking).
And the drinks are just the right strength 😀
Excellent food & drinks. A bit more tv's than I like (you can see one from every indoor seat), but if you sit outside they are avoidable. Of course, if you want to watch TV it's fantastic. Drinks are great. Drink prices are above average, food is reasonable.

House margarita had a slightly novel flavor to it. I didn't love it, but the last one I had was Chevy's so maybe I was searching for too much sweetness. However, the calamari was one of the best I have ever had -- order it. The tortilla soup was solid.
