It was not a bad experience. I ordered the smiley face pancake for my daughter twice, I got a chocolate chip pancake instead both times, no smiley face. Maybe they ran out of smiles(?) She still loved it. The food was good. No real complaints.

The food here was average and the service is usually good. Prices are reasonable for the portion of food. Some mornings can have waits. I go here often because I enjoy the gluten free pancakes and waffles. One of only a few places in the area that offer them.

I love this IHOP. I was very disappointed on Sunday. We went for Father's Day. The food was nasty. I ordered Eggs, French toast and beacon, when the server drop it at the table it was disgusting because it was cold. The server was very pleasant.
Nice place , only one employee working today we are in line for 1 hour to enter to the restaurant thin after you enter you have to wait another one hour to take your order. Ansley the food is great and waiterest is nice . But they have to have more employee.
