One Bistro At Four Points By Sheraton

Our favorite restaurant in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The chef and pastry chef produce amazing food with great quality. We often go here for special occasions as well as just a quick dinner. We love everything from the soups and salad, pizza to their seasonal menu and specials. Great drinks and dessert too! I often try food here that I wouldn't normally and have never been disappointed. They do curbside too which is helpful!

On December 12, 2020, at 8:30 pm, my granddaughters celebrated their big 18th birthday at your restaurant. Six girls in all. They had reservations, however, from start to finish your staff was visibly rude to them, especially one staff lady wearing a red shirt n glasses. The woman actually stood and watched over them because they wanted to take pictures. My granddaughter took her mask off to take one pic and put right back on. As a result, there are no birthday pictures of this special time. Our girls are taught and practice the whole safety thing but her behavior went over and above offensiveness. My granddaughter spoke to her about why the bad treatment and told her she didn’t have to worry because they will never return. The woman replied good. The staff person went over who appeared to be the on duty manager and he nodded his head in agreement. All girls are from well respected families on the south shore. I am so upset as a parent, that I plan to take this matter up further. Two things to note, one, there were no people around where they sat and I also have wonder if this was because they were young black girls. High school preparing for college but yet here at home, they get disrespected. Good going one bistro!

I went to One Bistro which is a lovely restaurant in the Four Points Hotel in Norwood. Food is very good, cooked just the way you want it & they have a good variety of dishes. Everything I tried here was good. I loved the seafood chowder, swordfish, and lamb. Staff was very nice & friendly. Prices are a little high but worth it. Hotel & restaurant are handicapped accessible

Best Chicken Parm I've ever had, and I get Chicken Parm almost anywhere I go. A juicy, thick piece of chicken, crispy breading, fresh sauce, a bit of pesto on top which was a unique and pleasant touch... it was perfect. Drinks were nice too. Prices are reasonable. It was absolutely packed when we went, so it was a long wait even with reservations and a bit noisy, but other than that, it was a great experience.
