Updated review , I've gotten take out 3 times now from Asylum street , food is phenomenal, Buffalo chicken wrap was great, the wings were awesome and the pizza was fantastic and honestly my favorite pizza I've had.
My kids and I order from Asylum Street Pizza every Friday night. It’s our tradition, and it has been for almost two years now, since I moved into the Asylum St area. We love it! The pizza is always perfect, our order is always ready right on time, and everyone there is so friendly, from the girls at the counter to the gentleman from the kitchen, to the owner himself. They took the time to remember my name, and they always say a friendly hello no matter how busy they are. My favorite pizza restaurant in Norwich!!!!!
This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered three cheesy meatballs and a pepperoni pizza . The meatballs were OK but I prefer mine cooked in the sauce. The pizza was a solid effort, but once again I prefer some crisp on the crust. The front end people were outstanding, just friendly and personable. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.7.
From Boston to CT. 1st time in this place. Was welcome with great customer service. Most importantly, the best calzone I ever had to my liking, where I had 7 different toppings. The owner, James, and his team, were awesome. Thank you!

Not from the area, my husband literally googled "parmasan fries" and that's how we happened upon Asylum Pizza. I was greeted by very nice staff, there is plenty of parking, the landscaping is nice and the inside looks updated and very clean. The food is fresh and everything we ordered was
thoroughly enjoyed by our family. I was thankful that the parmasan fries are more of a dry version, if it had been soaked in garlic butter they wouldn't have traveled well home. Salads are large and the produce in them were crunchy and fresh. Glad we ordered on a whim, still warm after driving 40 minutes home!
Best pizza I had in a long time. Visiting from Florida making a delivery to a nearby business. They delivered fast and pizza was amazing. Pizza look so good I thought it was fake. Thank you asylum street pizza
Their customer service is A1. The pizza it self is delicious I love thin crust, an good sauce that you can actually taste on the pizza! Also the cheese isn’t overly thick which is a plus, an the prices are great! A new fav!

This place is amazing, I have been staying in Norwich for business for year and only recently found them. Disappointed I didn't know about them earlier. Mozz sticks are great as is the sauce that comes with it. I've had a few pizzas so far, but the spaghetti and meatball one has to be my favorite. The staff is always incredibly friendly and not in a "I'm busy but my boss says I gotta be nice" way, it seems like they are genuinely nice people. Looking forward to my next visit to Norwich so I eat here again.
